All deliveries include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed on UK bank holidays are dispatched the following working day
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. This includes England, Scotland and Wales.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, please contact us before ordering as additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with:
- Your unique tracking number
- A link to track your parcel in real time
- Estimated delivery date
If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
What If My Order Is Late?
Delivery timescales are estimates and occasionally carriers experience delays, especially during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday). If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update
- Allow one additional working day for carrier delays
- Contact us at support@pawcraft.co.uk if the issue persists
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. If your parcel is reported as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will raise an investigation with the carrier immediately.
Packaging
All PawCraft orders are packed securely using recycled and recyclable materials where possible. We do not include printed invoices — your order confirmation is sent by email to reduce paper waste.
