No — we designed PawCraft specifically so you can shop without creating an account. Just add items to your basket, pay securely by card, then enter your delivery address. That's it.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at hello@paw-craft.shop as soon as possible. We dispatch orders quickly, so we can only make changes if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, you can return the item under our 30-day returns policy.
